1. What does Unilever do?

 

Unilever is the global company behind powerhouse brands such as Dove, Lipton, Tony & Guy, Lynx, Streets and Surf. 171,000 people around the world work to bring them to life. They're sold in 190 countries, and 2 billion times a day, someone somewhere chooses one. They make an impact on people's lives every day. They have the huge ambition of doubling in size, whilst halving their environmental impact and increasing their positive social impact. 2. What internship or graduate opportunities does Unilever offer?
 

The Unilever Future Leaders program is a fast track 3 year graduate program designed to give you the opportunity to build up your skills and capability ready for your first management role. You will complete rotations in real jobs, follow a structured training and development program, have international and cross functional exposure and senior leadership support.

 

The Unilever Intern program gives you the opportunity to work on a real project for 3 months over the summer from December to March supported and mentored by our leaders. This is a great opportunity to get a true taste of Unilever.

 

3. Is there a minimum Weighted Average Mark requirement?

Unilever looks for a credit average or above.

4. What opportunities are there for students studying non marketing fields?


There are opportunities in Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources.
 

5. Where would Unilever's rotations be based?

​

Rotations will most be based in Sydney. There is also a Customer Development graduate opportunity based in Auckland. Some rotations will include greater Sydney, Victoria or wider New Zealand. As an integral part of the programme, Unilever will also support you to complete an exciting rotation overseas.

 

6. What does Unilever's selection process include?


Our selection process includes an online application form, numerical and logical reasoning, telephone/Skype video interview and then an assessment day at Unilever's Headquarters. The assessment day will give you the chance to meet with Unilever's most senior leaders and experience a number of activities including interview and group exercises, to help to select the best candidates to become one of Unilever's Future Leaders.
